The international conference paper prepared by ITU Graduate School, Electrical Engineering master’s program student Tolga Odabaşı and Ph.D. student Res. Asst. Alper Tap together with our faculty member Prof. Dr. Lale Tükenmez Ergene received “Outstanding Paper” award in IEEE 3rd Global Power, Energy and Communication Conference held online on 5-8 October 2021.
