4 More Projects from ITU are Granted Support
Results of the “Scientific Evaluation of TÜBİTAK ARDEB – 1001 Developable Projects” in the second period of 2021, which allowed applying without waiting for the next period, have been announced. Accordingly, 4 more projects from Istanbul Technical University are granted support within the framework of “TÜBİTAK ARDEB 1001 – Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program".

The evaluation of the “1001 – Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program” for the 2nd period of 2021 given by TÜBİTAK to support research and development activities in scientific and technological fields, and to provide opportunities for the training and development of scientists and researchers, has been concluded.
In the 2nd period of 2021, 189 projects submitted within the scope of “1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program”, which allowed re-applying without waiting for the next period, were subjected to scientific evaluation and four of the approved 96 projects decided to be supported as a result of the evaluation are those prepared and submitted by ITU academics.
Projects, for which the panel evaluation process was concluded positively and will be evaluated on financial principles and similar issues within the framework of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Regulation on Project Incentive and Support Principles, that were deemed worthy of support by TÜBİTAK and whose principal investigators are ITU faculty members, are listed as follows:
