Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank announced this development from his social media account as “Congratulations to our 6th Turcorn. With an investment of 121 million dollars, Insider exceeded a valuation of 1 billion dollars and became Turkey's first Turcorn in the field of software. Our country's software ecosystem is getting stronger day by day.”
As a software company that provides tools to increase sales for e-commerce sites, Insider makes the right personalization and gives the right message which will categorize users in real-time on a behavioral basis and lead them to sales while they are shopping in e-commerce ecosystems in Turkey and its immediate geography. Eliminating the dependence of marketing departments on technical teams with its extremely easy integration that takes place in just minutes, Insider has managed to become a brand used in more than 120 sites in 25 countries since its establishment.
The term “unicorn” is used in order to define enterprises that have raised their value over 1 billion dollars in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The term “Turcorn”, on the other hand, refers to Turkish enterprises of this scale.
We congratulate our graduate Mehmet Sinan Toktay and wish him continued success.
