While 2016-2020 Department-Based Academic Performance Evaluations were made according to six criteria determined by the ITU Senate, including the number of publications, number of citations, number and budget of projects, education (amount of credits given), number of graduated post-graduate students and administrative duties; in the 2021 Publication Performance Evaluations, publications with ITU address published in the SCOPUS database in 2021 were taken into consideration. In this context, certificates were given to 152 faculty members who “published the most on a departmental basis in 2021”.
