Protocol between ITU and Anadolu Isuzu

A MasterBee protocol was signed between ITU and Anadolu Isuzu within the framework of university-industry cooperation.

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) signed a protocol with Anadolu Isuzu within the scope of MasterBee, the first and only program in Türkiye that offers its students the opportunity for taking graduate courses, internships and early graduation during their undergraduate education. 

The protocol signing ceremony held at ITU Rectorate on April 26, 2023 was attended by our Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Şule Itır Satoğlu and ITU Career Center Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Çiçek Ersoy, together with Human Resources Manager Onur Ortatepe, Business Developer, Product and Project Portfolio Manager Cengizhan Bilgin, and Human Resources Business Partner Emre Yalçınkaya from Anadolu Isuzu.

Prof. Dr. Satoğlu expressed that with this protocol, which aims to support the theoretical knowledge of ITU students with practical knowledge and strengthen their qualifications, university-industry cooperation will also be carried to an advanced level, and emphasized the active learning model that ITU provides to its students. 

Within the scope of the protocol, students studying in the relevant faculties and departments of ITU will be able to do internships at Isuzu’s workplaces while continuing their graduate education, provided that they meet the conditions determined according to the academic education calendar, and employment will be provided in this way.
