Interest in ITU News is Increasing Day by Day

ITU News is facing increasing interest from Internet users with its up-to-date and detailed news that appeals to the public as well as students and academia.

ITU News hosts a rich content, from scientific and technical research conducted at our university to promotional events during the university preference period, from academic developments and collaborations to achievements of graduates and students.

ITU News, which gives wide coverage to the achievements of our students and graduates as well as the scientific studies at Istanbul Technical University, continues to produce original content with around 20 news articles it publishes every month.

The first scientific and technical preliminary evaluation report in our country regarding the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes was shared with the public in our news article titled “2023 Earthquake Report from ITU”. ITU’s guidance for young people in university preference

Our news article “ITU is the Preference of Top Students Again!”, which featured the success of ITU in the placement results according to YKS, has reached nearly 10 thousand views. Our news, “51 ITU Academics in the World’s Most Influential Scientists List”, listed ITU members who made our country proud with their scientific achievements in the list of the world’s most influential scientists prepared by Elsevier and Stanford University every year. The list, which includes 59 of our academics in the “career-long impact” category and 51 of our academics in the “annual impact” category, was viewed approximately 10 thousand times.
